live in Nashville Tn but bought my 2024 xlt hybrid at Ford Of Murfreesboro which is 30 miles from my house. The dealership contact me and said they could send a mobile repair unit to my house to do the software update. They are coming Friday to do the update, just another example of why I chose to buy at this dealership.
