Extremely Strange Brake Pedal Noise

Has anyone else experienced this? I have a 24’ Hybrid XL that I got 5 days ago with less than 400 miles on it. I traded my 22’ Hybrid XL in on it and the new one developed this brake noise within a day. The dealer is telling me this is normal - I do not believe this to be the case. Video attached.

Not getting video, but a sound sample ( which I think is the first someone here did that's, cool )
Stuff is stiff and tight at the beginning. I Don't recall a sound like that on either of the two hybrids I tried brand new.

This is normal sound in maverick. It shouldn't be very loud though. You'll notice it the most when the vehicle is off and you are about to start it.

Good to hear. It is weird since I didn’t hear it in my last Maverick and I hear the noise all the time even when driving. I might just be paranoid
