Got my Maverick cleaned up for the first time in while (no time to clean and shine wheels unfortunately) and took some pics of the truck and have some recent mods. Had ceramic coating applied to the paint, front window tint (best upgrade for the amount of improvement for the money in my opinion), and installed the Gator SRX Rollup Tonneau I ordered from RealTruck on Black Friday.
Love the ceramic coating - good at keeping the truck cleaner and makes it easier to wash and towel dry. Put my Farm Bureau rebate towards getting this done and very happy with the results so far. Just find a good local detail shop and see if you can make it work - local place I had did a great job - Dry Ridge Detailing in Dry Ridge, KY for anyone in the area looking for a place.
Opinion on window tinting above - best bang for the buck in my opinion - same guy who owns the detailing shop owns a window tinting business down the road and took care of both at the same time...couldn't be happier.
Gator SRX Rollup Tonneau is nice...still getting some leaks around the back window mostly but haven't had an opportunity to troubleshoot it yet due to weather. Pretty happy with it so far given that. the look of it is a definite improvement over the Amazon one I had on my previous Maverick. Picked it up for about an additional $80 with Black Friday sale discount; the quality improvement is noticeable, the aesthetics are vastly improved and the lower profile alone was worth the upcharge to me. I really wanted a rollup hard cover, but couldn't justify the additional $1,000.
