I’ve been dying to lower the truck for a while, and was hoping by now we’d have some sort of bilstein or koni offering to pair with springs. Years ago throwing aftermarket springs on factory dampeners was a ‘no-no’ because you’d wind up blowing the factory ones in short order and have to redo the job again soon.

I’m just debating on which way to go. At this point I may go coil overs.

I am also interested in this and may do coil overs as well If nothing else comes up.

I myself have been on my lowered HR supersports since December 12/2022 (from my pictures i found & which was shortly after they 1st came out specifically for the maverick, not the escape ones) and it's my daily commuter w/over 76K miles total so about half of them were since lowered (bought October 31/2021). No problems to report from me and horrible Michigan roads/weather condition. I love the look of coilovers but for me, I would not like the extra stiff ride or extra cost that comes with them and the air ride would be better ride more money and I don't think reliable for my winter. I think it's still great to see how so many people customize these "cheap" trucks and I like them all lifted and lowered (most lifts using same stock dampeners also).

I might have a set of silvers coilovers for sale. Only a month old. These have the swift spring upgrade. Only because I'm now thinking of ordering a 2024 or 2025 hybrid. That's what I wanted originally. I currently have a ecoboost.

How much?
I’m not really looking to do coils but out of curiosity.

He’s not lying if they work on our roads they will work anyway. I travel all over for work and much especially Detroit has the worst roads in all the land.
