New Maverick owner in SoCal

New member, nice to be here.I first saw a Maverick on March 2, 2024. I had no idea before that they existed. (Guess I've been living in a cave.) I've been mostly a Toyota owner, except for an F150 a few years back. I really liked that F150, so I took a Maverick for a test drive. Liked it much more than my Corolla Cross. The tow hitch, quieter cabin and Lariat amenities were especially attractive. I did more research. Found this forum and it was very helpful. So, I went back to the dealer yesterday and traded in the Cross for a Maverick Lariat AWD 2.0L EcoBoost. It's so much better (to me) than a Tacoma. The Tacomas just aren't small trucks anymore, they're expensive and the gas mileage isn't great. I love this Maverick. The blue tones in the interior go nicely with the Azure Gray paint. I like how the paint color varies in sun and shade.
