Just got my 2024 Maverick Lariat and am a few days into the process of learning how to effectively drive a hybrid.

I’m moving from a 2021 Expedition Max so it is taking a little bit to adjust to the downsize, but I’m really liking the ride so far. Already started getting some small accessories and will add the hard cover at some point.

Hello and welcome to MTC. Congratulations on your new Maverick. I'm sure you will get use to the size, at the same time enjoying everything else that the Maverick offers you, that the expedition did not, mileage, handling, easy ingress, and especially maneuvering in a parking lot, etc.. Thanks for sharing and again congratulations on your new truck.

Welcome! What a switch from a gas guzzler to a gas sipper.

Did you or the dealer select the mount point of the entry keypad?

My neighbor works at the local Ford dealership and has a Maverick himself. He had his installed on the back because it blended in as well as it did. Plus if you are walking up to your truck, majority of times you’ll walk up from behind so it makes sense.
