Looks good! I went with black steelies, powdercoated though. And got interceptor caps courtesy of a buddy at the CHP. I agree that Ford should offer the steelies in black. Does look good on many of the color schemes.
Daily, I have a 2 piece rod/reel that resides under the back seats. If I take my 7 footers, I set the tailgate in the halfway position, put the rods in butt end first, corner to corner. I use a small bungie to lash those to one of the tiedowns on the side of the tailgate, keep the poles from...

Where were you at? I've fished up north at quite a few lakes, rivers.
Oroville wildlife area. Some ponds in the rockpiles hold decent bass.
I'm still a "tourist" up here. Born and raised south of the Grapevine. Haven't got to fish Clearlake, bank...
No fish this trip. This water holds black bass, crappie, bluegill, carp... I'm sure catfish and probably smallmouth. Best I have pulled out of these canals was about 5lbs
Not gonna lie, no fish. But being outside in the sun, fresh air, worth every minute. This is in a wildlife area outside of Oroville. About an hour north of Sacramento.
Welcome to the Maverick Family! I took mine out fishing today. Levee road is sloppy, but the Mav just keeps going. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

11 months was plenty wait for my 2022 XLT. Keeping my fingers crossed for Ford to announce a hybrid AWD, Tremor so I can order THAT! Til then, I am good with FX4, bigger tires and a level kit
I have seen pics/video of Mavericks in places I recognize, down in Capo Beach, at the SC Outlets. Living up in the north part of the state, still don't see too many in the wild. Lot's of Super Duties!
