Tire size on 2024 Maverick XL AWD

I see posts about keeping front and back tires same size or it will effect my AWD will the same thing happen if I go with larger tires and wheels looking at 20 inch. And does anyone know if 20 inch will fit on my truck with out rubbing anywhere

I wouldn't have different diameters front and back on AWD. Things need to be turning at the same speed in all the linkage. FWD would be OK. In my opinion in reading and understanding the manual and how the system works.

Just search in the forums here, many people run 20’s and larger too without rubbing you just have a proper backspacing and tire size. There’s many sites like a sponsor here discount tire has calculators for upsizing for your preference which also helps keep speedometer correction.

If you have AWD, you must go the same size on all 4 corners. Here is a photo of my 23 AWD with 265/60/18 on stock suspension and no rubbing.

Looks like everyone's comments are spot on. 20" will work no issues. Just make sure you run the same size tire/wheel all around. If I can help getting you set up, shoot me a DM!
