Ordered Husky WeatherBeater Floor Liners November 18th 2023.
Still have not received them. I was billed when I placed the order.
Estimated ship date is now on/before 28 February 2024. I had a series of updated delivery dates every 2 weeks after I ordered them.
I am not satisfied with communication or performance of RealTruck.com

I ordered directly from Husky. Three weeks so far. Guess I’ll try to get my money back through Paypal.

I had a good experience with Real Truck. Ordered the Truxedo Pro X15 on Monday 2/5 and had it on my truck Thursday 2/8.
Husky Weatherbeaters ordered the same day and got the shipping confirmation today 2/14.

I ordered husky liners through husky website. Wound up canceling because it was taking way to long. Went different route and not for Maverick

I ordered some Husky Liners X-Act Contour floor liners for my 2024 Maverick Hybrid and the front floor liners have been pending fulfillment going on almost 4 weeks now. Originally, when I ordered these on 11/27 the RealTruck gave an estimated "Arrives Dec 7th-9th". Was wondering if anyone else had long wait times for their Husky Liners through RealTruck.

I did receive the back floor liners on Dec 5th. I just haven't received the front floor liners.
On 23 Jan, I ordered a tonneau cover, bedrug and husky floor liners. Got a great deal by direct messaging them on here. I got the tonneau cover and bed rug in about a week, but the floor liners said pending for a couple of weeks before I contacted them via chat. The said should be shipping about Mar 22!
This thread prompted me to check the status again, and it says that they are shipped!
So, yeah, the husky floor liners seem to be taking a while to ship.

Like magic after I posted, I get a message that my floor covers are shipped.

Ordered a set of Husky Weatherbeaters from Real Truck for a 2024 Equinox I just got. Ordered Saturday, just got here today.
Minor issues with the quality. One of the floor buttons was very difficult to snap in on driver’s side. Passenger front the edge against the door sill doesn’t sit flush for about 4 or 5 inch section, bows inward a little. Might try a hair dryer to soften it or wedge a section of 2 x4 across the width for awhile to see if it’ll tighten up a little.
Back seat piece was fine. Guess I can’t expect much for $125. I like Weather Techs but prices I was seeing were well over $200.

Just noticed also that when you go to the Huskyliners website the logo says “A Real Truck Brand”

Received shipping notice today for November 18th 2023 order of Husky Weatherbeater Liners.
I'll be happy to receive these soon and end the wait.
Quality issues Husky / Realtruck

Logos on the liners were loose in the box. On each front liner and the rear liner. Total of 4 logos.
Adhesive failed. Poor second impression. First impression was poor due to waiting from November 18th 2023 to receive the liners.
It's a cosmetic issue. They would be better off to stamp the name.
I notified Realtruck and I'm eager to hear how they suggest correcting the issue.
What do you think? Should I send these back or just keep them?

Realtruck is sending replacement liners. So back to waiting for order to arrive.
Will it take 12 weeks again?
Will the new liners be from the same manufacturing lot and be defective on arrival?

No explanation from Realtruck on cause for the defects. I suspect Realtruck closing two manufacturing plants and moving production to Georgia in 2023 is the explanation.
Recommend not purchasing from Husky at this time.

Replacement order shipped and received super fast. And once again DEFECTIVE
Same problem as first shipment with rectangular logo "Husky" Guaranteed for Life" adhesive failing during or before shipment. Fell off and loose in box.
I have one set to ship back. Time to decide if I'll keep one defective set or send both back and get a refund.
This is annoying!

A better end to this experience would be a token percentage of the purchase price refunded. Right now I have factory defect quality.

Follow up- I do not recommend RealTruck Husky Mats. I received factory defect mats in multiple shipments. Customer service was ineffective.

I'm frustrated with this situation -- I ordered the same mats, front and rear X-Act Contour mats for my Mav from RealTruck in mid-January, intending to get the $50 rebate. My fronts came relatively quickly, but I'm STILL waiting on the rears. Every time I talk to them it's a later date, or it's going to ship this Friday, and then next Friday, etc. That's coming from one of the reps that answers from the website, because the RealTruck Rep who responds on here stopped answering my emails.

I have until the end of the month to submit my rebate but I can't do it without having the rear mats! I think I've been really patient given that it's been 3 months. If I don't get them in time to submit my rebate, I'll escalate the issue. They are all the same company and I won't accept missing the deadline.

-----

As far as the quality goes, they used to have the logo molded into that same spot. In fact, my last car I got the same mats and the fronts had the raised logo but the rears actually had the logo ground down so it was flat and the raised emblem glued on top. I know because it fell off. I actually like it better without the emblem, so I wasn't too upset when they were rattling in the box for my new Mav front mats. I just used a little alcohol on a rag to remove the leftover adhesive on the mats and I think it looks better.

Quality and service in my experience have declined at RealTruck.
I'm going to try the alcohol to remove the adhesive.

I talked to multiple people and basically got no help, except they seem to have moved the deadline to submit the rebate. Sort of. The actual form doesn't have an updated date, but the website does. I'm really hoping they don't play any games when the mat finally comes in...
