Well i failed on making it full electric lol i need to buy and Maverick lower full xlt seat if i want to make it full electric. But i left the heated parts someday with time i will try to get this working for now manual mode and enjoy the sporty St seat.

Parts won’t be cheap

Let's hope is not that much, the keyfog i think can be cheap at Amazon, the push button and the proximity sensor is other history, but vtec87pr has access to ford and their manuals, so hopefully he can find a part mumber/s from a maverick or other older ford that can be swapped and make it more "cost effective". I love my truck, but the lack of the push button + ACC bump me down, and don't get started in the sunroof. I know it all scream lariat, but at the time I got my xlt lariat on my area were 43k, my two other cars died within 2 O 3 weeks, my father was on vacation here, used cars were stupid (3x to 5x) and mine was there at a "good" price" under the circumstances., so i took it.

I had compared the Mav seats to my ‘20 Escape, which had memory seats, and underneath the seat bottoms are the same. So you could also find a set of those and do a ‘simple’ swap to get power seats.

Ok i will look for them on junkyard because ford oem new ones are 700 dollars .
