Does anyone have a pdf or a link to the below of 23’-24’ transition private offer? Will be stopping by dealer this weekend cause they clueless on the private offer and need them to contact their regional rep. Figure I’ll provide them a printout but pic attached is blurry cause it’s screenshot of YouTube vid.

Great! Getting bumped to priority 2 must have helped.

And you are the new high VIN on MTC!

Yep. They are probably filling in slots during cleanup and spotted a priority 2 and put Bill in a Feb 26th build date.

Hopefully your dealer learned a lesson about how to properly get a priority code assigned - if only they had learned sooner. But at least it was a quick turnaround once fixed!

Just a heads up on rollover orders: Make sure information matches between your original order and your MY24 order as far as sales code, order code, name, and address! My order should have been 02 ever since the new MY24 was placed on 7/19/24. Turns out they had Jr. on my name on the original order and left the Jr. off my name on the MY24 order. Even so, it seems the dealer rep. or someone with Ford would have noticed this and corrected it. So my order was delayed 4 more months before getting scheduled over a minor clerical error. Of course, the constraints on the XL trim might have held it up anyway. Good luck to all those still waiting to get scheduled!

For what it's worth, my 23 to 24 rollover never had the priority changed below 10, despite weeks trying to get it rectified both with my dealer and with FordCo (both who deferred to the other). I eventually tired out and gave up trying to get it changed.
But despite all of that, I was schedule last week and received my personal discount as spelled out by FordCo.

So, to me this just says it's almost all meaningless and it's all in Ford's hands, and the best thing you can do is wait it out or move on 😅

That's easy to say if you just ordered a few months ago and are already scheduled. You might not think it's funny if you'd been waiting over a year!

My apology to you. I see you have a rollover, also! Like you, I contacted Ford chat and marketing many times. Also, spoke with my dealer many times. Finally got someone in Ford that found out what was wrong. The names didn't match on the two orders. You would think that someone could have fixed that for me, but it took a lot of calls and emails to get it done. You are right about Ford blaming the dealer and the dealer blaming Ford. If I understand the process, only the Ford Rep. can change an order to an 02. The dealer can only go as low as 03.

The number of rollovers has to be dropping considerably so hopefully the delay is not as damaging to your timeline as you fear! I ordered My24 about the same time as you and I got my Feb date last week! I wish you luck!

I have a question about how VIN numbers are assigned. If my VIN is 57644 and scheduled for 2/26/24, how can a VIN of 59XXX be assigned in January? I thought there was a correlation between the VIN and the production date.

I wonder if the VIN numbers are assigned when your turn comes up (allocation and no constraints at the time) and then they juggle those buildable vehicles into blocks of simulator builds for efficiency which shuffles the VIN numbers.
