Active Grille Shutter missing from the lower radiator of Hybrid

Is anyone else missing an Active Grille Shutter from the lower radiator? I noticed it last night when installing something. It doesn't even look like one was installed, and there is no way it fell out. Can anyone else check? I have a 2023 XLT Hybrid/Lux for reference. TIA
