Just asking...Could you not disconnect battery cables and hook jump box to the cables, removing battery from the equation?
  7. Adaptive headlights?

Believe it takes more than a setting to get adaptive headlights. Seems that some sort of mechanism to move the light beam is needed as well. Don't believe the Mavs have that.

Great price no doubt. And nice looking in the pix. No mention of what it is made of. You get what you pay for.

After 5500 Miles since Sept. 1 my average is 36.81 mpg by my calculations. 27 mile one way commute with 20 of those miles expressway. No regard for driving style, I put it in Eco mode when I think about it. I have noticed this average dropping as weather gets colder. Last tank was 33.65 mpg.

From the Maverick Owners Manual: LOW (L) - HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE (HEV) In low (L) your vehicle decelerates more noticeably than in drive (D) when the accelerator pedal is released. 17. Anyone else have unpainted RUSTY spindles??

In my 50+ years of vehicle ownership including farm trucks I have never seen a spindle rot from rust. If you are concerned with appearance that's another issue. What your photos show is beginning surface oxidation. Yes, rust is oxidation. Relax, enjoy your truck. I don't know how old you are...

Ditto. The only thing I can see putting on the headlights is clear ppf film. Maybe that is not necessary with today's plastics but experience tells me I don't want to be sorry in 5 or 6 years.
