Active Shutter System CEL

I've had a few issues with the Maverick... Currently waiting on parts for the Heat Exchanger in the exhaust system... Waiting on parts for the airbag recall... Waiting on parts for the Fuel Door (I get an intermittent error code for the door being open, when it is most assuredly closed)... Waiting on a wiring harness that had some corrosion on the pins that was found when they were doing the update on the braking system...

Those are all waiting on parts...

Now I have a CEL for the active shutter system not working. I had an appointment for an oil change and asked them to take a look at it, and after waiting for an hour, the advisor came back and told me Ford wants them to tear the front end apart to diagnose the issue...

Anyone else have this issue?

For reference I put a lot of miles on, I've had it since July 30th, and have 20K on the odometer.

I don't have that problem...I don't have a hybrid but I'm just curious if you are driving a hybrid? Sorry you're having all those issues!

Yes hybrid.

None of the problems affect drivability, and it didn’t really click until I was at the dealership on Thursday, writing the post. I think there would have to other changes in my life to make me get rid of it at the moment… everything has been covered so far…
