1. What’s this button thing here, its function. See picture.
2. In my F250 diesel truck, had dash display to show what gear the transmission in when driving. Wish there’s one here.
3. I would be keenly interested to see turbo boost pressure display. Wish there’s one here.

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally. I swore it was just a cover for a screw to detach that front facing camera unit. Glad I didn't try to pry the "screw cover" off.

2&3- The "Torque" app can show lots of variables and there is now a hack to get it onto AA/Carplay.

Humm, read else where where Ford not recommends such hookups, be it by OBD or other.

of course Ford might be cautious of, about a “tuner” vs a read only device. IDK.

Oh, somehow believe that. But hope not true.

My 2011 Ford F250 diesel lasted 12 yrs without any serious issues, with 92k miles. And wife 2017 Escape Titanium doing swell, 50k miles so far. Only 1 minor hick up. Rear hatch latch not latch properly. Of course I’m a PM nut, take care of our vehicles.

I tried to turn on the "show boost psi" when I was messing around with the Instrument Cluster in FORScan, but nothing ever showed up on the instrument cluster.

That prob right, it’s not configured for any display. May need a gauge on or under dash to read that. And if could be tapped into, intake manifold setup.

My Maverick also has it but I haven’t seen it do anything.

Solved! another owner posted pic of the manual. It says it is the cabin temperature n humidity sensor.

and my mattress has a tag that states 'do not remove under penalty of law'

I've had my Garmin OBD2 power adapters which power my dash cams plugged into the OBD2 ports since day 1, zero issues....
