I've tried searching, saw one person with the same issue but no solution posted.

Came on today, I don't notice it acting any different than normal.

The only thing I can think of is I put premium in the car this last tank (on accident not paying attention to what button I hit at Costco) and my light had just come on to get gas. Idk if that's anything that could contribute to it?

Taking it in for an oil change on Tuesday and to have it looked at.

2022 Hybrid XLT with 23.5k miles.

I have the same issue my tuck only has 1400 miles and I have been very defensive. Getting 700 miles to a tank. Dropped it off at a ford dealership and they gave me a rental with not a lot of explanation. I love this truck I just want to know what is going on

I received the same message on my 2022 Maverick first edition. I took delivery 18 October 2022 and had to replace the EGR sensor on 20 December 2022 at 922 miles. Dealer had my truck for 5 days because after replacing the EGR the truck threw up 24 error codes.

Maybe a dumb question, but why have you not had the software updates done? The fixes cost nothing. This, along with a host of other issues has been fixed, and you have not had the fix installed. Move along folks, nothing to see here...

A software update is all that's needed to fix this notice for you. Ask the dealership to perform all the current updates for both your truck and the infotainment system, while you're there.

Thank you! I would think they would do that anyway but will call Monday morning and request. I think there might be something to the top off the tank. I wonder if I should say something about that to my service advisor.

Are you referring to me? I wasn't aware there were updates I needed or I'd definitely get them.

Just called and he said updates are done over the airways and ford pushed those out as needed but will check to see if there are anything out there.
