Thus the shadowy figure remark. They swoop in, vaporize posts, and leave no trace (don’t comment about how they cleaned up xyz and try to steer the conversation back on track/within Da Rules). Posts and entire threads just disappear without a trace. Bans happen without any public comment. Etc. All this happens by the shadowy figures without you ever noticing.

Even when someone tries to get them to publicly comment on something, they don’t.

Even when someone gets banned and creates a new account just to taunt them, that account and thread gets banished with no comment.
