That sucks. We've had our 23 Hybrid for almost 2 years now. No issues except for all the recalls. Finally found the right dealership here in LA. And even the recalls are easy now. Best of luck to you. Our other car is a Mini Cooper S which is fun but a giant pain in the ass and the wallet...

This Gen X-er loved it and wanted it. Now my Gen-Z kid loves it and prefers to drive it over our very fun Mini convertible.

It was the master switch that was replaced. Not the motor.

The wire jump trick didn't work for us but I'll confirm the part they replaced when we pick it up. All I know is it's working and the recall fixes are ALL done.
