Is anyone currently paying a premium for a '23 hybrid? How much?
I'm getting a feel for the current market, my order should be delivered late sep/early Oct.
Thanks

There are many dealers advertising msrp or even invoice less a percent.

If it's an ordered vehcile then it should be at MSRP.

If you are buying something off the lot then in So Cal. it can be up to $10k ADM for a Hybrid and $5k for an EcoBoost.

If the OP ordered the truck he should have a dual-signed document from the dealer stating the final price and Terms of the sale. How do you order a vehicle with no discussion of price?

$10k market adjustment pricing in effect here. I asked on the Ford site when 24 pre-orders come out and they said the dealer can do whatever they want there is nothing preventing them from adding their dealer fees. I bought a used 23 (2k miles) and it went for over sticker, but nowhere near the price they asked for. It was less than ordering the same on a 24 and I didn't have to wait a year+. There is no such thing as a hybrid maverick on the lot here, the eco boosts do not sell as fast but they usually last less than a week.

Most certainly not for an order. If your stealership wants more than MSRP, find an honest one. There are threads on MTC that list many.

You can get warranty work done at any Ford dealership - you don't have to use the one you bought your truck from.

He stated it was for an order. I know where they are doing like $4-5 k if you are desperate to buy from the lot.
I paid $2000 over on mine plus what I lost for not being able to use an A plan pin.
There was a piece written somewhere about this issue. The author stated that $5000 over sticker was the point of no return as far as losing money on the deal. It would take too long to recoup that loss.

$2k isnt bad in today's market. Too bad about not being able to use the A plan that should have saved you a lot of money. I wouldn't pay 5 over personally but if you need the vehicle right friggin now it isn't as bad as some of the dealers doing $10-15k markups.

There are enough dealers doing discounts on custom orders it should be the standard. As the market continues to cool these things will work themselves out.

Why couldn't you use an A-Plan PIN? The Mavericks aren't excluded from the program. Dealer specifically said they wouldn't do it?

Yes. Many dealers are not accepting A plan pins for off the lot sales. I wanted to buy a couple parts items for my truck and they wouldn’t even help out with that. I know for a fact that there is a huge markup on parts. The dealer never would have felt that the discount.
When I worked at a Ford dealer in a past life the dealer employee discount was dealer cost plus ten percent off. That was a long time ago and the discount is probably not as lucrative however. It would have been nice.

I paid $750 less than MSRP and they added a spray in bed liner at no charge.
