Would a Patty Melt be considered? They are my favorite.

I have four "P's" to rate a resturant by and a resturant must offer these four items before earning my custom and they are:
1. Patty Melt on the menu.
2. Pot of coffee so you don't have to wait for someone to refill your cup.
3. Pancakes on the menu.
4. Pie for when your done.
If three out of four aren't present then I won't be either.

I have been meaning to try my hand at making an Oklahoma fried onion burger.

Well, every one I go to I guess. Let's see, that's one, two, three, three... just three I guess.
I miss family restaurants and diners and they really became scarce after Covid. Either closed or have bankers hours now.

I'm going to now check around me for a place that has a patty melt! Sounds amazing. I can't even remember the last time I had one.

I prefer my own home made bacon deer burgers on the grill. Of course, a good thick beef burger with gourmet burger spice and ketchup and mustard is good too! No cheese allowed near it!

I love a good burger, for sure! Beef or venison; plain or very doctored-up.

I didn't know what a patty melt was... I just looked it up and I'm sure I'd like it! Same with a smash burger... I thought it was the name of a chain restaurant, not a type of burger. I just got a new griddle and I'm eager to try making smash burgers.
