Nice, congratulations ! I did the change from hybrid to ecoboost, but no truck and no VIN yet :-(

You see dealer put rollover in as xlt Because
System would not except XL hybrid at the time
Then he put in order 3days latter for the XL was excepted
Thus two mav orders dilemma
So it looks like I may lose my price protection if the XLT was entered as roll over
Son if I don’t accept that vehicle and I’ll be paying full retail on the rollover it looks like , and the dealer can’t or won’t tell me Which is my rollover and which one I get price protection . Beuckman Ford in St. Louis

If your new order was entered by your dealer with the same order number and name as your ‘23 order you should receive a private offer… even if your new order is a different trim with different options.

It would be worth it to get your ‘23 and ‘24 order information from your dealer if you don’t already have it so you can check.

I was incredibly surprised at how quickly this happened - I thought I had plenty of time to spare and asked my dealer to change the ext color to Azure Gray literally the day before, so it's probably too late for that now.

Your right I’m convinced I have private offer coming on a truck ,if it’s the one xlt schedule for oct 23 and I don’t take it , dealer said didn’t have to , ha,ha then when xl comes in no private order???
( I guess unless it applies to a mav truck I actually accept

Your dealer can change your body code from XLT to XL as well as modify your options, up to the point at which it gets scheduled but not after.

Whether or not they will is another story. Your order number R31L corresponds to your order and if it’s the same for both your ‘23 and ‘24 then the ‘23 has been deleted by Ford at this point so you should only be referring to the current ‘24 model year order when asking your dealer for changes.

Your private offer will be based on the ‘23 order and will not be affected by what you order this time.

Thank you Incorrect , I failed to mention there 3 showing according two FCS
One to be deleted the my 2023 , I say again, I have two orders as stated.
xlt on 17th xl put in on 20th July dealer said system would not except LX, so ordered the xlt Then xl as stated here.
Perhaps he should’ve waited until I could get the XL In systems.
this has complicated things for me as far as clarity
