I liked the Carcadia one. Starbucks is right there and there are lot's of Donut places as well.

The Carcadia event was good.

I hope we can arrange a meet-up on a Sunday instead of Saturday, as the youth soccer season is around the corner. I am coaching two AYSO EXTRA teams and will be busy on most Saturdays starting September 9.

I am subscribed to a weekly newsletter from Tom at idrivesocal.com. The newsletter lists events in southern California every day for the next week. Send me a private message with your email account, and I will forward an invitation to a subscription.

There are seventeen events from Chula Vista, to Ventura, to Riverside, and lots in between that we could use for a Sunday meet-up.

What I am getting at is that we might be overthinking this... We could pick an event, and people can choose to go or not.

Not sure on the number of people showing up or what people are looking for in the meetup event. As for me, mainly I want to see what others did to their Maverick trucks.
