Two in the driveway

So my buddy and I had both ordered our Mavericks last September without event talking to each other prior to. Well he ordered an FX4 and a hybrid. I ordered an XLT Tremor. Strangely enough I ended up buying a local sale FX4 Cactus Grey and last week his FX4 arrived! Today they got to hang out in my driveway together!

What’s even more crazy is today I also got a call from my dealership that my Tremor had arrived! I only got a VIN 3 weeks ago?!? So I got to see it in person today as well. A whole lot of mavericks in my life this week. My Tremor Vs FX4 debate is happening in the Tremor Subforum right now. Decisions to be made by Monday!

I'd kill for those 4k wheels. But I also think the black wheels look good on both those colors too. I got mine used low mileage as well so no choice to add the 4k wheels and they are too hard/too expensive to get right now.

Are they both 4K? What does your buddy think about the trade for the Tremor? Will he be jelly? lol.

I’m torn on these wheels. I really like the black wheels on the Maverick. However since buying my FX4 I’ve grown to appreciate the machined finished wheels. They are more “traditional” looking in comparison to the all black or the Tremor wheels. All my friends that I’ve talked to are honestly more in shock that the Tremor has arrived as I think all of us had given up on it! My one buddy said today, that we would have confidently bet $1,000 that I wasn’t going to receive my Tremor before October if at all. Not sure I would have disagreed before today.

Honestly I like all the wheel options even the Steelies! I’ve seen some folks doing really cool finish options on the Steelies and if I had ordered a bronco it would have been the black diamond trim with the Steelies. I think I like the Lariat wheels the least on the Mav.
