Which ones were they? I am disappointed that these reviews that have been released so far ae anti-climatic. Nothing new at all that had to wait in a lot of them. I am interested in the hybrid numbers but so far I have not found anything other than the projected numbers. If you could list the Hybris mpg reviews that show mileage I would be most appreciative. Thanks
This is where Alex mentions the towing MPG

TFL mentions 44mpg in his review

he got 7.5 seconds out of the hybrid on 0-60.....that is FAST for a hybrid
Yea that surprised me (pleasantly!) TFL got around 8-8.3 on his test run which is still pretty decent for a hybrid. I wonder if thats the difference between drive modes?

Yeah. It seems like the hybrid drivetrain has some noticeable improvements/refinements over the escape.

Seeing too many reviews mentioning the wheelspin on the FWD Ecoboost - from Car and Driver " massive, anti-social levels of wheelspin, even from a rolling start with the front-drive 2.0T" :(
I canceled my order and am deciding what to do next - will probably get an XL with AWD and tow package and decide what to do for cruise control later.

Watched many of the videos and read both Motor Trend and Car and Driver. I think they will generate more Maverick orders that will be built before mine.

3rd test drive - XLT with LUX - Wish it had less initial throttle engine noise but everything else was very nice. Quiet on the highway but the transmission does "hunt" a bit -

Yes I would think that exactly. TFL did not mention sport mode while the other definitely mentioned putting it into sport mode first.

Interesting how many of the reviewers talk about how its not typical they're being given barebone XLs from Ford. Seems like they still like it all the same.

Was your truck already scheduled to be built? If not why didn't you just change your build and keep your spot in line?

It just got scheduled last week unfortunately. I knew some amount of wheelspin would be normal for a FWD truck, but to have multiple reviews call it out was enough for me to bail on it. Thankfully I'm in a position where I won't need a car until January so hopefully my new order will be ready by then.
