It might be crashing but I just received an email from Ford confirming my 24 order
Lariat, Hybrid, Roll up cover, Hot Pepper Red
Northgate Ford
Port Huron MI
I went in last Thursday and started the process

Why add a cover? It is constrained, slows the order being selected, is cheaper to buy/add later.

My dealership said a familiar thing. Once the salesperson realized my 2023 was schedule for production mid September, he said I didn’t need to put in a 2024 order. Quickly pulled up all the other emails from Ford saying otherwise. Had me forward the emails and leave. Said they would “get in touch” if I am getting a 2024 order put in.

Your order doesn't need to have a 2024 order if your 2023 is scheduled. You will get a 2023 and a 2024 if you do that.

Dealer just confirmed my 2024 order but it has a different order number than my 2023 model? Does that mean they aren't processing it as a reorder? Or just ordering in case my 2023 doesn't get built and will change order number later?

I went to the dealership today to submit an order. I attempted to order a 2024 XLT Maverick FX4/4K tow/LUX/Co-pilot 360 in Atlas Blue. I have a retail order with my signature, I paid my deposit, and they took a copy of my driver's license. However, they said the system was down and that they were not able to submit my order. I am a bit nervous, because I did EXTENSIVE research on the ordering process and this dealership. They told me to expect an buyer's order sheet with price, fees, etc all broken down. I did not receive that. I am probably being paranoid. Things will work out. I am very excited to take a step towards Maverick ownership!

You’re probably ok but if I were you I would be bird-dogging my dealer to be sure.

Was at my local dealer at 4pm EST. My salesman was busy on the lot so the Sales Mgr helped me…, I think. WebDo crashed so I have no DORA. He said order went in and printed me a sheet with their ordered Mavericks. No email from Ford. I am paranoid and don’t know what to believe anymore. I guess it’s out of my control. He said he thought it might be sold out in a day.

If you don't have a schduled build date for the 2023 then your dealer screwed up. For you to get a private offer the 2024 order must have same order number, same name, same dealer, new COVP.

Your order doesn't need to have a 2024 order if your 2023 is scheduled. You will get a 2023 and a 2024 if you do that.

Move over, if you have a 2023 scheduled, a 2024 order will not get the private offer or build priority.

I think my private offer is gone… dealer said they deleted my 2023 order when they entered my 2024.

I wonder if should place another order at a different dealer to be safe.

I started my order process last week when the order guide appeared here. I walked into the dealership last Wednesday morning with an annotated hard copy highlighting the following:

Lariat Ecoboost AWD in Azure Gray Metallic
FX4 Package
4K Towing Package
17” Machine Face Wheels with AT tires
Splash Guards
Bed Extender
Hard Trifold Tonneau Cover
Block Heater
Floor Liners with Carpeted Mats

The sales rep said I made his job easy! The order was placed today and I received the confirmation e-mail earlier this evening.

I believe you cannot get the extender and hard trifold? Might want to check on that. I know they work together but I don't think you can order them together.

Dealer gave me a print out from the web build says 2023 order not built 2024 order priority 3. Saying system was down. Guess I have to wait to see tomorrow about making sure the order number is corrected if they even will
