Middle TN Dealerships to order 2024?

Hello,

Anyone have any reccomendations or good experiences on a middle TN based dealer to order a 2024 Maverick? I've had limited interactions so far with Town & Country (Madison), Ford of Franklin, and Wyatt Johnson (the most interaction). All have been fine so far. How's Mid-TN Truck Sales on Foster Ave?

I have had a positive experience buying Fords at two TN dealerships, but both are in West TN. My Maverick was from Ford Memphis and Bronco Sport in Golden Circle, Jackson, TN. No markup on either, great experience from both.

I monitor the forum and do my best to watch for dealer recommendations and warnings. If I see something posted, I ask that person to fill out the Google Form. This way, I have a record of these experiences behind the list you see.

I hope it helps folks find a good dealer who will treat them right since it makes a huge difference.

FWIW, Tim Bartz at Long McArthur Ford in Salina, KS shared a good dealer story on his latest Tuesday evening YouTube live feed that might be based in Knoxville TN. Look for @fordvideoguy on YouTube to find it. I would recommend becoming a subscriber. I am a member since I thought they should be compensated for the useful information, news, and advice they provide.

I'm working with Stephen at Ford of Franklin in TN, and so far my experience has been stellar. I text him questions and he's prompt to reply. My truck is currently being built, so I'm not across the finish line yet. So far though, it's been a great experience.

I also worked with Stephen at Ford of Franklin. Really nice guy. They don't mark up the orders above MSRP. I didn't even have to put down a deposit when I originally ordered the truck. They honored the roll-over price and the price protection from this year. I was able to use X-plan pricing via Mustang Club of America. The finance person did a soft sell on the Perma Plate and the Extended warranties. No hassle when I said that I wasn't interested in either.

I had a good experience with Two Rivers Ford in Mount Juliet a couple of weeks ago. No mark up on an abandoned Maverick order and they gave me a fair number on my trade. Also a big plus, they did it in about an hour and half.

I got X-plan via membership in the Mustang Club of America. You'd have to have a membership of 90 days in order to qualify, though.
