The Inaugural Roundup of the Maverick Truck Club has begun at the Carlisle Ford Nationals in Carlisle, Pa.

A small crew met at the club tent on the Maverick Truck showfield to hang the banner and set up the tables and some other display items.

The three -day show officially begins tomorrow, with more than 3,200 Fords expected.

As far as we Mavericks go, there are 42 truck preregistered — 37 of them are us, members of the Maverick Truck Club.

How was this info shared that MTC would be at Carlisle? I must have missed it! Otherwise I would have taken my husband's Carlisle season pass and head over. He wouldn't have used it since he's tied up with his '66 cuda at the street rods this weekend in York! I hope y'all have a great turnout. I hate to miss this party!
