I'm trying to find out if someone has actually successfully altered the tire size to 245/70/17 with forscan and not had issues. I have searched the forums and can't find anything certain.

Also, I would like to know if anyone has been able to successfully turn off the seatbelt chime if you have the regular gauges. I run into the typical thing where the instructions in the manual don't work. I use the truck for work and a lot of off road use, so when I'm just moving the truck quick I don't want to buckle or hear the chime. Can forscan do this?

Thanks for any input!

From what I know, the truck won't let you go beyond 235/65R17. I believe the Bronco Sport, on the same platform, has the same limitation. That's what I have mine set to for my 245/65R17s.

Thanks for the info. I believe with the cobb tuner it can be adjusted higher. Anyone who knows?

Simple free fix for the seat belt chime. Go to dealer request the seat belt extenders from the parts department.
