"UPDATE" Hail storm damage after just 1 week 🤕 = $5,200 in damages

That Sucks! Every time we have storms I go out and cover mine up. I got some king size extra thick blankets that I use. YES they get wet, but I can deal with removing a wet blanket. I cannot deal with hail damage to my truck. My neighbors think I am crazy, but I don't care. I told them I got to keep my boy protected. Response: You are obsessed with that damn truck. YEP!

Every good father puts their kids first and protects them, Right?

Hello. Could you tell it was repaired after? They can probably replace the hood but not sure about the roof.

Usually done by PDR with no painting done.

So heartbreaking. Only had it a week and got pummeled at work this afternoon. Lots of dings on the hood and roof.

I hit a hailstorm with mine driving it back home on the day I picked it up but was able to find a bridge to get under and did not have any damage. But this hail was only the size of half dollars.

How do you like the window wind deflectors…got them on mine.

I really like them. I sit just right in the truck that it doesn't impede my view, but does a great job blocking out sun. I also love being able to leave my window cracked in this high heat, along with my windshield sunscreen. I was shocked how much cooler my truck is.

Mine got hailed on one day after I made my first payment. I paid $300.00 out of pocket to have my dent guy fix it. It only had about 9 dents on the hood. None on the roof. Weird!

Well unfortunately I got the damage report today $5,200. In damage's. It's easier to replace the hood and paint it.

Waiting for the unfortunate day I'm not so lucky. I've dodged so many major hail storms while out and about by ducking under a gas station roof at the last moment, or like last year, running out in the hail to move my wife's Ranger just in the nick of time (don't do that... it hurt!)

Here in MI I don't think I've ever seen hail like that....Yet. But when I snow blow my driveway in the winter I just keep reminding myself we don't have hurricanes or alligators.

I feel your pain.. I got caught in a freak hail storm last year in my 2012 BOSS 302 Mustang.. insurance covered it all except for the $100 deductible.. a painless dent repair company did an excellent job.. one would never know it got peppered with dings.. still sucks though.. good luck
