ATTN: 2022 rollover orders, I checked on Ford.com to check on my order from Nov 2021, rolled over to a 2023 in Nov 2022, I have printouts of my original order and my 2023 rollover order. On the dashboard my order has disappeared, I see from the MTC others have experienced the same thing. I first did the chat and all I got was they could not find the order#. I then called customer support. I was told my order status was "balanced out." I am not familiar with that term so I asked if that means my order is cancelled. They said it's not cancelled, I may still get a vin at some point, that's all I could get out of them, check with your dealer. So I called the dealer talked to the sales manager and the salesman who I ordered from. They said just wait till the end of June and see what happens if I happen to get a vin by then. I think they have already cancelled the rest of the 2021 orders and this is how they will get out of it. If you are a 2021 order it might be wise to check with FO MO CO to see what your status is. Good luck

Yeah, Would never waited this long, but I have a f-150 still in real good condition, I just liked the idea of a small p/u for around town and errands ETC. This Maverick thing is a real mess!!

Nov 2022? No orders were entered then.
Balanced out means the model/part has been booked through the rest of the model year.
There are no 2021 orders. All "carryovers" had to be entered as a new order in September of 2022 for MY 2023.
The tracking system has had some glitches lately. There are still several months of orders to be scheduled before the 2023 run is done. Some are estimating all ecos will be built.

Yes ,I ordered Nov. 3 2021, got rolled over Nov. 2022 to MY 2023 . I have printouts for the original order and the rollover order. Ford customer service says it's not cancelled, I could still get a VIN, maybe before the MY 2024 orders start, Just have to wait and see!! What a frustrating process!!! 551 days today.

So you had a VIN# for your MY2022 order? Those are the only ones that got rolled over in November 2022. Those were supposed to be entered in at the highest priority and built ahead of most of the September 2022 Retail Orders. It is especially strange because the Ecoboost has not been constrained.

No, never had a Vin. I was just waiting for news, and then my order # disappeared from Ford.com dashboard. so I called customer service and they told me "balanced out", and that's about it. Said I may still get a VIN before 2024 production starts. I seriously doubt it now at this stage of the game. I hope they aren't treating everyone this way. I can see a lot of disappointed order holders after this long wait. I probably won't reorder a 2024, unless my dealer can guarantee my original price, which I hear they aren't going to honor. Oh well some how I'm not surprised!!! 552 Days today

I'm afraid if you never had a vin, and if you didn't put in an order in September 2022, then you don't have an order, period. There was no way for the dealer to put in an order in November, except for the ones that had a VIN number and didn't get built.

Your dealer should have been reaching out to you in September last year, or, you should have been reading the forum. I think the dealer knew they made a mistake and just pretended to put an order in for you.

You will need to put an order in for a MY24 in July.
