Does Your Maverick Make a Lot of Clicking Noises When it is Off?

Mine seems to make a lot of, what sounds like, electrical relay clicking noises. When it's off.

For example, if I walk out to the garage where it is parked, as I approach it, I will hear, click, clickity-click, click. Multiple clicks.

No idea if this is normal or there's some sort of fault.

All new vehicles make these sounds. We had 2 Jeep Wrangler 4Xe's before my wife's Bronco and my daughter's Mustang and those things sounded like they were transformers. I kept expecting to walk out in the garage and see Optimus Prime and Megatron sitting there.

To be fair, if they were just sitting there evil would be eradicated from the universe. I would expect them to be fighting.

Transformers 1 was an AWESOME movie and I am an old fart.

I've only had my hybrid for six months. A couple of weeks ago I take my wife to a doctor's appointment and sit in my truck waiting for her, and I couldn't believe all the noise the truck made. I thought birds were pooping on the roof???? Good to know it was normal stuff.

I sat in mine while the wife went in a store. Sounded like it was haunted. Ha ha!
