yes they attach using the factory fender liner clips and adhesive.

They also have heavy duty 3M sticky tape. Some folks installed them without using the adhesive.

This doesn't make much sense to me. Isn't the point of fender flares to add some "flare"? When you paint match them, they look they don't exist. I thought their intent was to stand out, contrast in color. Am I missing something?

You make a good point. What I have found is that camera's really don't do these justice. You see mine below just makes it look like more black space on the camera, but to the naked eye that look nice in my opinion.

I think yours look fine. You have black on white. I agree the camera probably is hiding their true pop... But yours are standard. I never heard of anybody paint matching them until this post.

He was going for a factory look. Stock Maverick fenders are a bit flat looking and these "flares" round them out a little bit. It's a subtle look.

Well, I get what you're saying.... But I decided to take a screenshot of a random Maverick online and compare it to this one. Other than a slightly longer line curling down, they look exactly the same. If the OP is happy... awesome.

Wow they really are subtle and with the color matching they blend in well. But I think just like on mine the camera just doesn't do his justice either. I bet to the naked eye they look good.
