My tracker showed "in production" for 2 weeks. After that it reverted back to "order confirmed".

I was supposed to take delivery of my truck in 3 days. Still no winder sticker, had my modules populated 2 weeks ago though.. Dealer confirmed it still hasn't shipped.

I wouldn't worry too much. Have read about others with same experience. Just as you abandon all hope, the truck rolls in at the dealership. The Maverick is a mysterious little truck. It will all work out.

Given the module data populated, its built since that happens toward the end of the assembly process. Since it has been some time since then, there are a few possibilities, but I suspect its more wacky behavior of back end systems more than anything. Other forum users mentioned theirs arriving earlier than expected and having never received the "in production" or "shipped" emails. And if you aren't getting those, I wonder if the dealership tools like the VVR are even up to date. Your Mav could very well be on it's way and could show up in the next few days. Heck, I haven't gotten the in production email on my Tremor, but modules have started to populate so I know its getting close (Modules not complete though, its only like 10 or so sets of numbers right now, but better than none).

Mine (and several others) did the same thing back in January and was "in production" from 1/12/23 to 2/4/23...then within 24 hours of it going back to "order confirmed", it went to "shipped". You are very, very close to getting on the train, if not already there. Congrats!

My Maverick was scheduled for 4/13 and built 4/14. It is now showing confirmed. It has BCM but no PCM. Does your have PCM?

My experience matches @BradnChristine in post #4. My tracker reverted from ‘built’ to ‘order confirmed’ for only one day (4/13). Disconcerting for sure, but milestone dates remain on the tracker. On 4/14 morning, the tracker showed ‘shipped’ and I received Ford’s email notice soon afterwards.

I expect this is a minor reporting glitch for you @Mav916. It’ll soon be on a rail car, at which point you can join others in worrying about derailments (or am I the only one??)

Update:

I called the customer line and they were able to tell me that the truck was built on 4/12 (wed) but went to the "trim line" after. Apparently this is the place they may go to get some last small items put on. It was finished and released on Friday. So tracker will probably update soon, but They also were able to give me a ETA for 5/11-5/17

Mine was in production for three weeks before it was finally built so while its out of the ordinary its not uncommon. Then again my truck was not the typical schedule and found a way to take longer than normal EVERY step of the way. It took about 75 days from the day it went into production to delivered which is probably double what it took most.

No, customer service said it went to the “trim line” so it probably needed some final touches, no idea really. they said it was released Friday, so it finally shows built today.

Thanks. Just curious what to expect with mine as the only add-on I have are rubber floormats that should take ten seconds to toss into the truck.

i was xlt, lux, cp360. None of which are trim. I have no other options, but I DO have a modular bedliner in my garage

Thanks, I was finally able to get the tracker to work. Seems my general paranoia caused me to block the ability of the browser to call on a recaptcha. It was marking it complete without actually testing me. Scheduled week is missing but that appears to be par for the course.
