I got informed by my dealer that is private pricing offer will expire on April 3rd. My order was placed on September 12th, carried over from January of last year. So no clue if/when there will be a build date. Does Ford have any intention of extending this Private Offer past April 3rd or are we all SOL after this date?

Thanks!

They have been renewing it every three months. Assume they will keep doing.

The dealer was caution not to assume anything. Is there any date confirmed of when the 23 orders will be converted to 24? It seems like deja vu here from last year and we are already into March.

Ford won't be. Pretty much anything not already scheduled when they flip model years will be cancelled. This was in their initial language when order banks opened.

So there will be no transition from a 23 to a 24 (any word on when they flip model years?). I know most manufactuers have already done so and the April 3rd date seems like it might be a good time for the 2023 model year production to end in hopes to convert to a 24.

November time frame. The only MY24s I have seen have been the model refreshes.

With the warning from the get go and the added shift, I think Ford will want to wash their hands of outstanding orders come model flip. Only scheduled orders that have to be flipped will be offered an offer.

My original order was in January of 2022 for a 2022 model, then got coverted to a 2023 on Sept 12th of 2022 as a "priority" carry-over, at that time they thought maybe I'd get a 2022, but I elected to have them carry it over as I would not have minded a newer model year, anyway to know if this will allocate me a vehicle for 2024? Or will it be a rinse and repeat and a total crapshoot yet again?

My understanding is total wipe at model year flip.

That's what it is sounding like and based on the dealer's comments it will be on April 3rd. So safe to assume if I don't get a truck by April 3rd, I'm SOL, and have to start the whole process over for a 2024 (and may not have dealer incentives anymore?). I wonder how many know about this moving forward? I just need to know rather soon whether or not to purchase a different vehicle, people can only wait so long and 15 months seems like a reasonably patient time to be waiting :)

April 3 is wrong especially considering there are vehicles scheduling next week for MY23 in May. We would have heard something about the changeover by now if it was April 3.

Well I hope so, but I'm beginning to lose faith that my particular order will come through for 2023 at least. I have some tough decisions to make.
