Does anyone know how I can get the maverick transition private offer after taking delivery? My maverick came in Monday. There were no emails from ford it just showed up. My dealer told me my vehicle was worth 29000 in Oct, 2 1/2 months ago and now it was worth 26. My moron sales manager did not add maverick customer private offer money and claims there is none. It was a take it or leave it shitty attitude.

Yeah, No. You’re stuck with a signed contract for whatever you agreed to. Try contacting Ford Corp. and see if they can help you but the way I understand it, Ford private offers are ONLY applicable at point of sale, not after.

You’re not the first one to have a lazy dealer that doesn’t want to do any leg work for their customers. This whole process is left on the purchaser to burden all the front end work. I’m surprised they haven’t asked us to grab a wrench and a screwdriver to get orders done.

Don’t beat yourself up, see what you can do with Ford Corp. and even in the worst case, put it back on the dealership to see if they will do anything for you. You have a truck and that’s noting to be upset about. Congrats!
