If they were missing, then no need to lie. They are aware of the high number of parts, easy to miss a part, and had no issue with sending me the missing ones that should have come in the TS Rail box.

let me clarify, they weren't missing, I was just looking to purchase more in the event I wanted to add some additional fitments on the rails.

Damn, that store has been gone for a while (I went to the Auburn/Kent one I think over a decade ago).

I live near Seattle. Boeing used to have a surplus store where you could get all kinds of things, from slightly used drill bits, slightly bent C-clamps or carpet etc. They donated to a theatre I designed at, but theatre went under and I got 4 rolls of 12' x 30' carpet from the shop when we had to tear it down and empty it.

I am considering the ford hard roll up tonneau. I see you have it. Do you like it? Pros/ Cons?

I like the Ford tonneau hard roll-up. It works well with the Elevate rack. I had a canopy on my Ranger for 20 years, so tonneau use is new to me.
It seems to do a good job of keeping bed dry. It's easy to deal with, and locks nicely with tailgate locked.
The things I don't like... height of objects able to be put in bed with cover closed is constrained. Also, when we had frozen snow, I couldn't open cover. Neither were issues with a canopy.

Question...'can't find any size specs on Ford's site for the hard roll-up tonneau cover. Is there any chance you could post a pick from the side with a measuring tape like the below? We are trying to figure out if there's enough clearance to use the hard rollup tonneau cover with our mountain bikes mounted over the tailgate. This is a large Santa Cruz Hightower (29" wheels)...so it's the biggest bike we'd load here. Thanks for any help!

I believe there are posts about this on here, the Ford cover is a Bak Revolver X2 or X4? I know it's not the newer and improved "s" revision.

We went ahead and ordered the hard roll-up tonneau cover! Got it same day, will install this weekend and post a pic with a ruler so you can see the measurements, and the bike.... Hopefully with the bike!

Okay so we installed the cover. Here are some pics. The gray bike is a large Santa Cruz High Tower. The green bike is a medium. Looks like it'll work for two bikes if you slant them but definitely no more.
