Short answer: Yes, if you ordered a hybrid.

You won't get a VIN until it gets scheduled for build. If you got an initial confirmation email from Ford when you reserved, you'll get another email when it's scheduled for build with a VIN included.

Ordered 2.0 Lariat on 6/29. I got reservation from Ford same day. Still waiting for build schedule confirmation. Checked with dealer a couple days ago and he shows a "clean" order meaning no material holdups. So I just have to wait. At this point I don't really care anymore. When I see it I'll see it. We are doing fine with one vehicle which begs the question do I really need this?

Ordered and confirmed my order in June 2.0EB Lariat-No scheduling yet. A VIN comes after you’ve been scheduled.

Depends on what you ordered, not when. Also, depends on dealer allocation, commodity shortages, etc. So many things.....relax and be patient.

I was changed from 10 to 2 on monday with a 2.0 AWD FX4 XLT LUX, I am hoping this is my week with a 7/22 order date.
