I contacted my salesman prior to arrival date and supplied the certificate numbers.
Finance already had the paperwork ready when I arrived, and no issue, nor comment, with my dealership combining them.
Signed, paid, got keys.

What was the 750 from Farm Bureau? Sounds like something different than the $500 I'm referring to in my post

It was a “personal offer” on the farm bureau form. I’ve attached an image and you can clearly see farm bureau mentioned.

I don't think it's a Farm Bureau specific offer, just one of Ford's semi-randomly issued Private Offers with the formatting slightly changed to reflect that it's specifically not compatible with the Farm Bureau. I received a similar one earlier in the month.

It was explicitly in the email from the farm bureau, so I’m not sure how it all worked out to be honest
