This happen to anyone EVER???
My 2022 Maverick transitioned to a 2023 and I even got the Private Offer with the help of @fordvideoguy
My dealer is selling at MSRP.

I called Ford Marketing last week and they confirmed I had the PTO..I have the CODE and expiration date is 4/3/2023..

I hitched a ride up to my dealer 300 miles and went to pick up/buy..my PTO is NOT in COVP, but it was last week!
TOGETHER the dealer and I called ford who has “never seen a PTO just disappear) and after 2 hours of course they directed them to the Inventory specialist

Inventory Specialist is Out of the office. They left an emergency contact…my dealer called and left a message.

I’m literally stuck at the dealer!
Any ideas for help? Wow

Hey, you do the arcade vids on youtube. I'm on KLOV too. Sorry about this, i'm sure the dealer can work something out. Maybe a hotel room, or an uber at least.

Yup, that’s me I do YouTube! The truck is here but I don’t want to spend $3000 more for an offer I had last week.

Have them discount the truck by the PO amount. The FI will submit an exception and get reimbursed by ford. They know you are eligible for the PO so it should be no risk to them and you can drive your Mav home.

Tried that..dealer can’t guarantee the PO amount because the Inventory specialist is out of the office.

Personally- I would ask the dealer to write you something up that says they well reimburse you when/if they get this straightened out.
Then I'd do the paperwork and drive home.

If you are PO eligible, it's $2750, period. There is no other amont for the hybrid carryover.

I HAD that offer and I have the code. It WAS in COVP last week…and poof gone this week.

Did your dealer try to enter the certificate number and they said you aren't eligible? I know mine doesn't show up in SmartVincent but I have the certificate number. They had the wrong zip code on my address and couldn't find it at first, but it was under another email address and then they found it with the wrong zip. Maybe something got mixed up there.

Nope, it’s not that. We even called Ford and they confirmed that there is NO offered or number associated with my order, but there Was one last week (and prior to that) we even have the cert #. Ford confirmed they could see that the number had been issued to me, but they had never seen it disappear before.
