I've had my Maverick for a little over a week and 450 miles. Love everything about my truck so far except for one small issue. When listening to FM stations the audio gets "crackly" as I drive. It sounds like you are getting out of range of the transmitter tower. Another comparison is if you are trying to listen to HD radio with a weak signal. I live in a major metropolitan area and FM radio reception is not an issue. If I listen to music from my phone over blue tooth the sound quality is great. Anybody else have a similar experience??

Good morning! If you are able to send us a private message with your VIN and dealer info, I'd be happy to look into this for you.

I am in a rural area... doesn't have great radio or cell reception. My audio quality isn't very good through FM or bluetooth. I had assumed it was the speakers... but audio quality is very good through USB. So I just put on the music I want to listen to on USB and that works great.

I think that's just how the radio is. Same with mine but I listen to music via android auto most of the time and that sounds great even with the stock speakers!

So far, I’ve had no problems with the radio, XM, Bluetooth, or USB sound from the B&O system. USB is the best sound though 😎

Check to see if your antenna is loose. Maybe get a better aftermarket one. I don't have a Maverick yet, but you should get decent FM reception on any radio in a larger city.
