I was 10/09 too, congrats on getting yours! I find it funny that vin numbers are my birth year with a 2 after for my second vin for this vehicle. Lol

That works too. I don't know why I was told a build day vs. the build week this far out.

I called Ford Customer Service (FCS) today (12/12/2022) to get an update on my order. Pleasantly surprised to get a build date only two (2) days after the date given to me from FCS two weeks ago. Not only did FCS provide a projected build date, but also provided me an estimated arrival time too. Ford email provide the estimated build WEEK of January 2, 2023. First call to FCS two weeks ago provided a projected DAY of January 4th. Today FCS said projected build DAY of January 6th with arrival projected to be January 13-19. I'm actually quite optimistic at this time. Been let down numerous times in the past, so this is a pleasant surprise. Living down south does have its advantage for shipping. I have read on this forum of those folks up north and east average 1 month shipping. True, there are many factors affecting shipping. But general consensus is the closer one lives to the southern border, the faster the shipping.

I'm not complaining about being scheduled and I'm excited that my time appears to be just around the corner. HOWEVER . . . here your order is very similar to mine and placed before me but I am scheduled and you're not. My order is even upgraded (Lariat) and is getting to production before you. I really don't understand how Ford determines who gets their order built and who is left waiting. I have noticed many orders getting built that ordered after me. To be fair, Ford should build by order dates. But here again, I have had numerous projected build weeks/dates only to be disappointed. I am a little bit more optimistic this time around. I'll rest easy when my Maverick is finally home in the garage. I feel your disappointment.

Chatted with Ford today, was given a specific build date of 1/3/23. Super stoked. Unfortunately, the ETA they gave is 3/5-3/11. Two months to ship to me? I realize I'm far from Mexico, but man I hope they beat their own estimate.

I have a day of 1/16 and a delivery day of 2/11 yours seems pretty off.

No delivery yet, supposedly I started being built 1/13 and am "built" but no updates on the tracking website.
