After 10 months my Maverick is finally here! Upgraded the tires to Trail Terrains 245/65/17 and got LineX done. Went from a 2021 F-150 to the Maverick. For anyone who is on the fence its a great switch. The full size is awesome, but not as a daily in the city. The Maverick can handle everything i need it too.

Looks great! Been waiting 8 months now, still driving my 2010 F-150 and it costs my $200 per week commuting. Makes me sick when I think how much money I've burnt in that 8 months while I've been waiting.

Is that your cost in fuel? Sorry to hear that...hopefully the Mav will cut the cost by at least 1/2-1/4.

Yeah that's just straight fuel cost alone. That's what made the decision of ordering the Maverick so easy...the payments AND fuel together will be less than the F-150 fuel costs:sick:

Yeah the gas mileage hurts when you don't really need a full-size !

I'm a fellow Manitoban - Interesting that you ordered in just September 2022 and already have yours. Mine is an XLT, Eco, Luxury, TOW, but ordered in May. You lucky bugger.

I re-ordered in September as soon as the order banks opened. Did you re order or get rolled over? I had a 2022 order as well that never made it into production.

Ah, I see! No my dealer just kept telling me to wait, and rolled it over. TBH I hate that I choose the dealer I did, since I had planned to use a small town dealer but got swayed by all the talk from the big guys about how they are "prioritized because of the high volume of business" they have. Which I now believe is a complete crock of crap.

But as I said, your truck looks great! Happy to know someone in the area is driving one!

Yeah i read these forums to know the process and what to do to likely be built sooner. Cause its not up to the dealer who Ford choses for production. I definitely got lucky i feel, but was also one of the first at the dealership to order.

But good luck! hopefully you get a build date soon!

I just got a "built" notification this morning. This from an original Nov '21 order and Nov '22 re-order. Now to see how long it takes to ship.
