wait a year :ROFLMAO:
I've been waiting 15 months with nuthin', not scheduled, no VIN, just the occasional "Dear John" 45-day letter. Calls to Ford reveal no new info. My signature tells the tale of woe.

Ford: You need to switch to Ecoboost
Maverick Customer: Okay
Ford: Let's schedule hybrids, haha, we got them!
Any news on allocations or still using up the previous ones?

Leaves me out but sounds like they are trying to make sure all rollovers are scheduled.
Exactly right....there are thousands of rollovers ,most of them are hybrids.

So out of over 50000 hybrid orders I doubt mine will be picked.
And this is why we just pretend the 45 day emails is really what we ordered, and the Maverick is just a bonus.

I just switched my XLT order from hybrid to ecoboost last week. My hybrid order went in on the 4th day orders were open so I think my chance of getting built as a hybrid in 2023 was pretty low. I'm at a priority 10 now with ecoboost so I hope I'll be scheduled in 2023 with the change...before summer would be nice. My plan is to order a hybrid on day one of ordering for the 2024s...If the resale pricing holds as it has and I can get most of my MSRP back I'll take the hybrid when it is built...if resale is not as good as is currently is I'll just keep it. The hybrid is the preferred option but even the ecoboost has decent mileage. I seriously doubt competing options from other brands will be rolled out that quickly...and they my have their own supply issues as this is not a problem unique to Ford. The only problem with Ford is taking orders they know they don't have the capacity to build in a reasonable amount of time. Ford now says they have some capacity for some options but there is no way I would change my very basic order as Ford may oversell those options and you end up back on the constrained list. Ford's ordering process just sucks. Ford could sell all of their accessory capacity if they had a process to not oversell. I'm sure there are many customers like me that would like to add a few options...but won't take the chance. My order is Aria 51, XLT, EcoBoost, Sliding rear window...No other options. I'd like to add the Spray In bedliner, 360, hitch, & power inverter but will not take the chance on any of it. I had most of this on my original order but dropped all of it.

I'm just glad I have a 2004 Focus with 210k miles that still has a lot of legs left as I wait for my hybrid. Got to admit though that I have been looking at some Gen 2 & 3 Rangers just in case.
