Keyless entry and lock not working

They keyless entry on my passenger door handle stopped working. Anyone have this issue and know the repair timeline? I’m wondering how long I’ll have to get a rental while it’s at the dealer.

Try disabling Intelligent access in the instrument panel menu, then re-enabling. I know others, including me, have done this and it fixed one side or the other not working.

You might try deactivating and reactivating the lock entry system. It’s in the menu options off the steering wheel somewhere.

Sorry don’t know exactly where, but I’ve seen that posted as a solution out here in the past.

Most likely it's just the truck is in deep sleep due to low battery. It disables the passenger side intelligent access in that state along with the interior lighting, IC boot on door open, and FordPass app functionality.

I've had this issue because my truck lives in deep sleep mode. Can drive for 30 minutes and still have to use the fob to lock it because the touch is disabled by deep sleep.
