As some of you might know I am a 22 scheduled rollover. My dealer screwed up my 23 reorder by changing my order number. This caused Ford to not recognize my order as a rollover and lumped me in with new orders. I tried 3 times to get my dealer to fix the problem but they said that I can’t believe what I read on the internet. They said they made no mistake and that I would get scheduled when my time came. I watched others who ordered after me getting rescheduled and I had a priority 10 still. During a post Tim Bartz said I should tell my dealer how to fix it. I told Tim that they just wouldn’t listen. He asked for my info and said he would look into it. He didn’t have to do that…..I’m sure he’s a very busy guy. Today I contacted chat and they tell me that I am now at a priority 02! It’s either a coincidence that they changed my code to 02 or Tim came through for me. I don’t believe in coincidences! So Thanks Tim….
