As some of you might know I am a 22 scheduled rollover. My dealer screwed up my 23 reorder by changing my order number. This caused Ford to not recognize my order as a rollover and lumped me in with new orders. I tried 3 times to get my dealer to fix the problem but they said that I can’t believe what I read on the internet. They said they made no mistake and that I would get scheduled when my time came. I watched others who ordered after me getting rescheduled and I had a priority 10 still. During a post Tim Bartz said I should tell my dealer how to fix it. I told Tim that they just wouldn’t listen. He asked for my info and said he would look into it. He didn’t have to do that…..I’m sure he’s a very busy guy. Today I contacted chat and they tell me that I am now at a priority 02! It’s either a coincidence that they changed my code to 02 or Tim came through for me. I don’t believe in coincidences! So Thanks Tim….

Interestingly, my dealership did virtually the same thing as yours did to you, including not listening, and telling me not to listen or read about it on the Internet on how it should go for re-ordering.
My order is still sitting at a priority code 19. But I’m glad to hear someone’s order got fixed. And I have no doubt Tim did this for you. Impressive!!

He helped me negotiate the shitshow that was the conversion. I'd stop in at my dealer and tell him what to do and I wouldn't sound like a dork. And having some knowledge reduced my angst a bit over this whole thing.

Congrats!!! Tim has been very helpful. I don’t know if the dealer likes it since I correct them on things they don’t know or don’t quite have right. I hate to make a guy feel bad at his job but I want my stuff done right. They asked who I was getting this info from. I was nice and shared the videos lol.

Don't know how many times I heard the Sales Manager say "If you have a VIN you're getting a '22!" I got them in a flurry when I told them I bet I'm canceled. They confidently told me I was a priority 2 till they checked. See you tonight on the livechat.

He is definitely a great resource. Great guy and real knowledgeable. Been absolutely the man.
