My beautiful 4/7/22 Maverick Hybrid with 10k miles has a charging the battery problem, I think.
I let it set for a week, during the storm. All good. Took it to Sheetz, 15 miles, to put the 5lbs. of air in all
the tires, lost due to weather. During the filling session I got a "Remote Features Disabled" warning.
No big deal, back in the truck, back home. Get another warning when I turn the critter off. No big deal.
Went inside for 30 minutes and went back to check on the truck. It started fine, but no illumination on my
gauges. They still move, I just don't know what they are pointing at. Everything else seems to work fine.
Even the radio and back up movie screen work. But no Gauge Illumination. I have had the "Remote Feature"
warning before, no big deal.?

Hi there. This charging concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Maverick. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.

Did you try adjusting the brightness up/down a few times?

Now that the vehicle has sat parked for a while, have you tried starting it again to see if the instrument cluster lights up? Technically you don't actually have to start it, turning the key to Run or on a Lariat, pressing the Start/Stop button with your foot off the brake should suffice. Could've just been a one-off glitch unless it remains dark every time.

Never hurts to toggle settings back and forth, do give this a try. Sometimes that clears up weird bugs that pop up.

My Hybrid 2022, Town and Country, Ligonier, 15658
3FTTW8E30NRA37506,
is still without dash lights and interior lights.
It is in a sleep mode. Direct contact with key to locks, to open. Truck always starts and runs. 360 works, headlights, heat, it looks like everything but what shut down to sleep, works. I would bet on low battery, but have to wait for meter and charger from Amazon. Dealer appointment still a week away.
I called today to see if they could fit me in for a battery charge, no luck. My appointment is still a week away.

You got an official message from Ford Motor Company asking you to send them directly, a detailed message. Since Ford is reaching out, by all means reply.

I did not know how to DM, so I figure they can read it with all.
I don't think fuse, because my beautiful truck does send good night messages to my phone, when it goes to sleep. Let's also remember that the truck did sit for a week during the cold spell, here in PA.

I do not have any issues with lights or sleep. However when I get into truck I turn on to accessory mode and read my voltage meter (battery voltage) in power point (if you turn ready mode on the bus will be powered by the dc/dc converter and read 14.4+). If battery shows 11.9v or less I will leave truck in ready mode with brake set for 30min or so. Usually ice will cycle at least once to recharge HVB. one time I left it on for almost an hour and 12v showed 12.9v but that was after being charged all that time. It was at 11.7 when I put it into ready mode.

- If you want help from Ford you should send them a DM, they do not always read all messages, that would be impossible to do. Just click on the Ford avatar and then 'start conversation'.

- sending you messages has nothing to do with a one possible fuse being blown. Messages would not be on the same circuit as the interior lights

- Sitting for a week or two weeks or longer should not drain the battery significantly if everything is working correctly. I let my Jeep sit out in the winter unused for 3 months and it always starts up. And sorry, but PA is not all that cold compared to design temperatures.

- also double check that you do not have the lights dimmed. That has happened to me and I thought something was wrong, but it was just the dimmer.

Check and make sure you don't have something blocking the light sensor on your dash. If the ambient light to the sensor drops it will set your headlights on and dim your dash for nighttime use. It happens to me anytime I throw a ball cap on the dash.
