Thank you for one of the few intelligent and helpful posts on this thread. Thanks to all responders who recognize that nobody is perfect and tiredness can be something we may not be aware of. To those who are so flawless that they can only preach without addressing my question, please refrain from further posts--I have gotten the message.

I was mainly hoping that somebody might know of a way I could enable an audible alarm using forscan. My truck does not have the lane-centering option but does have lane crossing alert via steering wheel vibration which I have set to maximum amplitude.
OP, the collision alert warning is audible and visual, and works whether you're leaving a lane or not. A car stopped short in front of me and I slammed on my breaks, and the collision alert warning went off, making a loud beeping noise and displaying an all red warning that took up the entire dash display screen.

Sometimes in life, the right answer isn't going to be the one you were looking for and will not make you happy. That doesn't make it wrong or not "intelligent".

Knowingly, intentionally operating heavy machinery (e.g. a motor vehicle) while either substantially impaired, or aware that you are not always aware of your level of impairment, is by definition what is not intelligent in this thread.

Driving is a privilege, not a right, not an entitlement. Intelligence means receiving this message loud and clear during the licensing process.

Intelligence means knowing your limits and respecting them.

Sorry for contradicting your fragile, faulty world views.

Yikes.

There is way too much toxicity and defense/justification of impaired driving in this thread.
