What day did your truck ship? Mine shipped 11/4 and at least according to the order tracker hasn't made it to Granger yet. I haven't bothered getting a rail car number, but I figure it is probably sitting in Kansas City waiting for a ride after almost three weeks.

Mine was also shipped 11/4. Ford chat says it's on Ramp 6P in KC as of 4:00 PM EST.

I feel like I may just be updating myself at this point but hopefully this is helpful to others in the final stages of MY22 production. My 11/18 In Production order updated to 11/22 Built in the Ford Tracker very early this morning!

Some other items to note for those of you still waiting. If you have the FordPass app downloaded and your VIN added, I saw things change in iterations. First the home screen had an 'Activate' button, then a day later there was additional text on the home screen, then another day later an image of the vehicle was loaded.

Another small change is that on the Ford Tracker website, once the order was updated to Built, a link appeared above the 'Owner Registration' link for 'New Vehicle Guide.'

Now to bug my dealer and Ford Chat for the rail car number once it ships!

For anyone familiar with the shipping process: Does the fact that a vehicle is on the ramp at Kansas City insure that it will not be delayed by a possible rail strike? Is it out of the hands of the railroad at that point, or is that yard/ramp a railroad operation?

FWIW, I heard a news report stating that the strike will go into effect on Dec 5 if they do not reach an agreement. Hopefully you will be ready to transfer to truck by then.

Yeah the modules popped last week and there is a 4 digit code next to tear tag.

As of 2 o'clock this morning, my truck has reached the Chicago rail yard -- more than halfway home!

Hoping it doesn't linger there long and continues its eastward journey. Need to get to the final rail depot before this potential strike hits...

How are you all getting your rail car information from Ford Chat? Is there a magic phrase I need to utter?

Every time I have asked for this, they tell me the only thing they can say is that the vehicle is in Transit. One of the reps was able to tell me when the truck was in Nogales, but they won't give me any more information since then.

Ask them to paste your secondary status into the chat. Your rail car info is on there. Your dealer can also look this up for you.
