Just checked in with Ford Chat. My rail car has made it at least as far as the junction point in Arizona. She's in the States!

yay congrats! I will be interested to see where you end up and how quickly. Since I’m stuck in northern IL without a rail car #, I’m watching everyone else who is close to me. Lol The unknown drives my OCD crazy.

Using chat 2 days ago I learned my Maverick had made it to Portland via rail and was awaiting further transport with an unchanged ETA of 12/21 - 12/27. I emailed my dealer and and was told by them it likely wouldn't take that long to arrive. Imagine my total shock to find out this morning, using Ordertrack, it's at the dealership. Ford tracking confirms.....

Good morning! This is likely a dumb question but is the Hermosillo plant a 24/7 shift operation or does it shut down on the weekends? I am In Production as of yesterday and am curious if work will stop until Monday.

Monday through Friday. Two shifts a day. Saturday overtime when parts are available and units are needed. Usually even if the line doesn’t work on Saturday, repairmen fix small issues with the units to ship. Sunday is traditionally a day for tradesmen to fix and maintain equipment.

My rail car left Altoona Pennsylvania at 6:01 am this morning. Also note that those using Chat, their information is days old.. they told me mine was at Madison Illinois when it had passed there 2 days earlier…. So keep your hopes up, because it’s closer than you think.

I too got an email at about 2am this morning that my truck shipped. Expected delivery is 12/9-12/15. Should be here well in time for a Merry Christmas.

I think Union Pacific… if you have rail car TTGX then dial 800-635-5768. Press 2 when prompted… then press 2 again, then when asked for Rail car Letters 8849 #. Then when asked For numbers put them in and press #, it will repeat your info, , press 1 and the listen carefully.

That’s the Norfolk Southern line but it worked. My train was last logged in Tucson this morning.

My rail car is now in Rockville Pennsylvania. Less than 3 hours from Newark NJ…. Hope it doesn’t have to sit waiting for a convoy until December 2 - 8

Just called RR, train thru Reading Pennsylvania…. So it’s really close to the NJ border and should cross the Delaware tomorrow, if they run on Sunday or on Monday…. Getting damn near my back yard!
