I have the opportunity to buy a '22 Maverick that another customer declined.

What is the current best rate from Ford for excellent credit for buying a truck ordered by someone else?

The only way to know is to apply and see what they offer. They don't care how you got the truck.

customer backing out is how I got my hybrid XLT. I believe 3.9%/60 is still available thru Ford credit.

Found this info online:

"While you might not get any cash off a 2022 Maverick, Ford continues to offer 1.9% financing for 36 months on all trims. If you want longer to pay, Ford also offers 2.9% for 48 months, 3.9% for 60, 5.9% for 72, and 7.9% for 84. There are no APR specials yet on 2023 Maverick orders."

I ordered a hybrid Lariat Lux w CP360 assist on day 1. That is what I really want. And then I decided to hedge my bet and also order an EB XLT with hitch on the last day in case the hybrid doesn't get built. The truck I was offered today is an EB XLT with hitch with $3K ADM. I think I am going to pass on that one since I think the EB I ordered will eventually get built.

there's an XLT EB on the lot at Don Wood Ford, has like 12,000 miles, but they were asking like $38k for it , think the sticker was $29k............. I have an XLT hybrid on order with Ricart and DonWood (only got confirmation on the one from Ricart), so we'll see what happens?

With a credit score of 726 Ford offered me 8.9%. I shopped a few credit unions and easily got 3.74%.

Shop around, prices vary.

I have talked to someone at Don Wood. No way in hell am I paying that much for a used Mav. The only way I pay that much for a new one is if it is a Lariat Lux AWD FX4 CP360 and maybe some more stuff (i.e. MSRP).

prices are crazy at some places..........seen some dealer ads on here for Lariat's for $70,000........CRAZY
